A presentation outlining a processes for goal setting and change management during technology implementation. This human centered strategy adapts the 'how' of our rollouts to embrace resistance and challenges, turning voice of dissent into our most passionate champions. 

Grant funded workforce programming to facilitate connection between healthcare workers and community health centers. Leading with the creation of a job board, an information flow was designed to funnel candidates to health centers and promote health center openings to job seekers. This project reached 100% membership participation within 3 years, an unheard of benchmark at the time.

A custom bootcamp designed to explore media while analyzing the cultural impacts at play. Participants share insights, practice leaning into curiosity and sharpening awareness of characteristics of white supremacy. Who says we can't talk about these concepts AND cultivate joy?

Grant funded development of process and workflow to allow for organizational analysis of benchmarks and trends. Leverage the Salesforce CRM infrastructure and Einstein Analytics, health centers were empowered to track and review their KPIs while allowing for comparison with peer organizations. A user portal was also created to allow for on-demand access to this data.
