Transformative Culture Coalition

You are enough. You make sense. Be seen.

Since 2020, groups and teams across the globe engaged in many conversations, projects, and brainstorms about how best to ensure we are embodying the culturally competent values we espouse, both as part of an institution and in our larger communities. And yet, engagement and psychological safety remains our greatest challenge in collective spaces.

Inspired by this work, our founder, Dana James, set out to create an internally-focused cultural education and investment program founded on the principles of emotional intelligence, antiracism, and restorative justice.  We call it the Transformative Culture Coalition.

We agree - we want a culture that divests from the characteristics of white supremacy. We agree that it drives inequities.
But do we know it when we               it?
Do we know it when we
 it?

Testimonials

“Dana is fostering a space where we can show up as our full human selves - not just as work colleagues. The use of the poisons of white supremacy as a companion to "everyday" stuff shows how insidious racism/systemic oppression is. Dana's liberatory leadership style lends itself so well to this - we are in a circle of sharing experiences and thoughts! :) I only wish the sessions were longer, but I guess we have to "work" too."
