After everything we've been through the last few years, one thing is for sure..
We can do hard things.
So why does it seem like EVERYTHING is harder than it needs to be?
Because it probably IS. But it doesn't have to be!
I made it my business to learn how to recognize patterns in systems and culture that get in our way. To inform workflow design and help adjust what's needed so we can breathe a little easier day to day.
